Chemdistry Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (UEN: 202400058N), acts as the authorized importer and distributor for Cleanhale™ products and official cleaning formulations in Singapore. By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or any related Social Media Accounts.
1. Scope of Services & Business Structure
Cleanhale™ provides educational resources regarding air conditioning hygiene and serves as a digital marketing and lead-generation platform allowing users to submit contact inquiries to request aircon cleaning services.
Role of APACTRADE PTE LTD: APACTRADE PTE LTD owns the Cleanhale™ trademark, brand, website platform, educational, and overall intellectual property.
Role of Chemdistry Pte Ltd: Chemdistry Pte Ltd manages local import, distribution, and commercial supply of Cleanhale™ product formulations and cleaning equipment in Singapore and the APAC Region.
Product Positioning, Performance Claims & Third-Party Testing Disclaimers: All performance metrics, treatment efficacy statements, bacterial reduction rates (including claims of eliminating up to 99.9994% of bacterial buildup and microbial residue), and indoor air quality test results published on this website are derived from specific independent laboratory testing conducted by TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd under specific test conditions (Report Nos. 7191368975-CHM25-01-JC and 7191373610-CHM25-01B-JH). As used herein, "elimination" or "eliminating" refers to the dual action treatment achieved through the synergistic combination of specialized chemical formulation and hydromechanical flushing, designed to physically dislodge, break down, and extract accumulated microbial residue and surface deposits. Bacterial elimination claim (up to 99.9994%) is based on lab surface testing against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Yeast and mould reduction (64.8%) is based on snapshot sampling of air conditioner cooling coils evaluated against SS 554 standards.

Comparative Performance: Any references to superior performance or competitive advantage reflect internal assessments and specific application methodology combining chemical formulation and mechanical pressure. They do not constitute an absolute guarantee of outcome in every operating condition.
No Endorsement: References to TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd or the display of test data do not constitute an endorsement, approval, recommendation, or performance guarantee by TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd of the brand, website, or services.
Non-Biocidal Nature: Cleanhale™ is a specialized treatment with chemical formulation and hydromechanical flushing designed to remove buildup from air conditioning cooling coils, not a regulated chemical disinfectant or biocide.
Third-Party Service Providers: Neither APACTRADE PTE LTD nor Chemdistry Pte Ltd directly provides physical residential or commercial aircon cleaning services to end-users. All physical cleaning, inspection, and maintenance services requested through the Website are performed independently by authorized third-party service partners (“Service Partners”).
No Direct E-Commerce: The Website does not process direct e-commerce transactions or online payments.
2. Service Bookings, Cancellations, & Warranties
Service Contracts: Any agreement, scheduling, or contract for physical service is formed directly between you (the customer) and the assigned Service Partner.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Booking modifications, cancellations, or rescheduling requests must be handled directly with the applicable Service Partner under their individual policies.
Warranties and Guarantees: Neither APACTRADE PTE LTD nor Chemdistry Pte Ltd provides express or implied warranties or guarantees regarding the workmanship, quality, or safety of physical services performed by independent Service Partners. All claims or service warranties must be raised directly with the Service Partner who executed the job.
3. Personal Data Protection
By submitting your details on this Website or any related Social Media Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by APACTRADE PTE LTD and, where necessary for service delivery, Chemdistry Pte Ltd and authorized Service Partners, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
